Get Fit “Karate Style!”
A cardio and strength conditioning class that will help improve your fitness level. You will punch, kick, block, squat, run, and crunch your way through this fun and challenging workout.
Karate movement skills will be taught in this class as well as various HIIT drills and conditioning exercises. Intensity options will be given for all fitness levels.
Wednesdays 6:00 – 7:00pm
